We are happy to demo the reliability and distance precision of our latest development of an 3D UWB wearable module (tag) within the Moore4Medical European Project (https://moore4medical.eu/). The tag was especially designed to perform when worn next to the human body (wrist, front/back pockets, chest, etc). It provides the highest level of reliability for seamless secure access and establish secret keys based on IEEE 802.15.4z LRP-based secure distance bounding between the wearable tag and an Arduino based anchor node.
In healthcare monitoring applications, the tag can be worn by medical personnel and/or patents. It helps solving a number of use cases to improve reaction time, quick access to medical infrastructure and bed monitoring systems.
